Returns
Our returnpolicy is 30 days from when you place your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please follow the steps below:
Send us an email to info@newblack.se with your ordernumber and we will send you an shippinglabel. Then you will place a new order with your desired product.

Returnfee within Sweden is 49kr.
Returnfee outside of Sweden is 150kr.
The amount will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping
We use DB Schenker and estimated delivery time is 1-3 days within Sweden from the time your order has left our warehouse. For orders outside of Sweden, we want you to be aware that it might take longer than 1-3 days for your order to arrive. This is because the package changes shipping carrier depending on what country you live in which will add extra time.

Always bring a valid ID when collecting your package from your DB Schenker agent.

All orders shipped outside of EU, the buyer assumes all responsibility for import clearance, duties, administrative costs, and any other costs upon import as well as transport to the final destination.

Complaints

If you have a complaint concerning a product you have bought from Newblack.se, we advise you to follow these steps:

1. If you bought the product via our website (Newblack.se), send an email with the following information to info@newblack.se: Order number & the issue/complaint.
2. If you didn't buy it from us but from one of our retailers, we advise you to contact the retailer first. All of our retailers handles their own complaints.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-10 workdays.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
